He is survived by: his wife Ruth Fox Worthington; his son David A. Worthington (Anne) of Clinton; his daughter-in-law Ann Marie Worthington of Hendersonville, TN; his grandchildren, Dennie A. Worthington of Clinton, Brandi Lowe (Kip) of South Riding, VA, Kelly Riley (Brian Stentz) of Gallatin, TN and Amy Brown (Matt) of Seneca, SC; his great grandchildren, Madison, Jordan Lowe, Regan and Logan Riley; and his friends, Rebecca Dodson, Jeannie, John Mullins, James Ronnie Worthington, Sue and Linda Farris.
