She is survived by: her children, Jerry Robert Lane (Virginia) and Amy Courtney (Richard); her grandchildren, Alexandra Sands (Kevin) and Jerry Robert Lane II; her great grandchildren, Dylan, Lincoln and Lisa; and her sister-in-law Bonnie Wills.
In lieu of flowers those wanting to honor Jackie are asked to donate to their local animal shelter.
