He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank McCullough and Francis McCullough; and his siblings, Ronnie McCullough of Spring City and Janice Osborne. He is survived by: his wife Reba Sexton McCullough; his daughters, Cheryl McCullough and Linda Chandler (Ron); his grandsons, Spencer and Conner Chandler; his stepgrandson R. D. Chandler; and his siblings-in-law, Wanda Oney of Somerset, KY, Norma McCullough of Spring City, Betty Cloud of Rockwood and John Osborne. He is also survived by 4 step great-grandchildren.
