He was predeceased by: his father Horace Messamore; and his wife Jean Messamore. He is survived by: his children, Scotty Messamore of Clinton and Stephanie Messamore of Harriman; and his sisters, Shirley Jean Woods of Clinton and Regina Byrd (Dale) of Clinton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
