He was predeceased by: his parent Hessie Silver; and his brother Carroll Silver. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Jett Silver of Batley; his children, Christopher Silver, Brittany Bowman of Batley, Devonne Silver Moore and Roger Savage of Knoxville; his grandchildren, Noah Silver of Cleveland, Ray McClung of Harriman and Morgan Silver of Cleveland; and his great grandchild Louie McClung of Knoxville. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
