Gladys Elkins Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gladys Elkins of Clinton, Tennessee, who passed away on March 10, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gladys Elkins to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alonzo Shoopman and Mary Shoopman; her son Barry Elkins; and her siblings, Virginia Hill, Lorene Davis and Carl Shoopman.

She is survived by: her husband Ray Elkins of Clinton; her daughter Joni Gannon (Rich) of Knoxville; and her grandson Clay Gannon of Knoxville. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and many dear lifelong friends.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
