He was predeceased by: his father Timothy "Tim" Grizzle; and his grandparents, James C. and Alma Ward Sliger. He is survived by: his brother Ethan Everett Barrett of Athens, Tenn.; his stepbrothers, Hunter and Brandt Sutherland of Englewood, Tenn.; his grandparents, Stanley and Sharon Fox of Clinton, Tenn.; his aunts, Emilee Sliger Elliott (Steve) of Carson City, Nev. and Michele; his uncle Randy Sliger of Athens, Tenn.; his grandfather Charles Grizzle; and also Blane.
