He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Carmichael and Bonnie Carmichael of Clinton; his sister Gerry Vermillion (Bill); and his in-laws, Arva Lee and Ogreeta Luallen.
He is survived by: his wife Dale Allyson Carmichael; his daughters, Amy Smith (Brian) of Clinton and Amanda Taylor (Jayson) of Clinton; and his grandchildren, Ashley Taylor and Brady Smith. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many special friends.
