He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Pyles Wallace. He is survived by: his children, Francis Wallace, Jr. of Clinton, TN and Deborah Louise Richardson of Clinton, TN; and his sister Elsie Sharp Brown of Knoxville, TN. He is also survived by one grandchild and three great-grandchildren.
