She was predeceased by: her parents, Reece Eldridge and Etta Eldridge; her husband Cliff Worthington; her sister Ruth Elliott; and her sons, Butch Worthington and Bob Martin.
She is survived by: her son Doug; her daughter-in-law Terri Worthington; her daughter Jane; her children-in-law, Roger Traylor and Diane Martin; her niece Ann Hodges; and her friends, Eva McCarty, Laura Payne and Wanda Roberts. She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
