He is survived by: his significant other Becky Quattlebaum; his children, James Bell (Jeannine) of Heiskell, TN, Ricky Bell (Lisa) of Heiskell, TN and Teresa Webber (Darryl) of Heiskell, TN; his brother Millard Bell (Darlene) of Andersonville, TN; his sister-in-law Joyce Bell; his sister Verdie Demarcus of Knoxville, TN; his grandchildren, Christopher (Meg), Sarah (Cody), Britaney (Dante), Jessica (Sami), Alisha (Austin) and Amanda (Zach); and his great grandchildren, Savannah, Samantha, Beau, Henley and Karli. He is also survived by other friends and relatives.
