She is survived by: her granddaughter Titans of Tennessee; her husband Clinton Miller; her children, Richard Miller (Sherry) and Cindy Haynes (Bobby); her granddaughter Courtney Addison (Matt); and her great grandchildren, Elizabeth and James Addison. She is also survived by several siblings, nieces, nephews and extended family.
