She was predeceased by: her husband Buford Blair; and her parents, John York and Eva York. She is survived by: her children, Judy Ridenour (Carl), Patsy Garner (Steve), Eva Blair, Charlotte Greenlee, Mickey Underwood (Larry) and Tommy Blair (Laura); her grandchildren, Kennie Garner, Carlton Ridenour and Toni Blair; her great grandchildren, Courtney, Jasmine, Kaiden and Harrison; and her close friend Steve Pyatt.
