He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Harshbarger (Don) and Eva Harshbarger (Kirby); and his siblings, Everette, Arthur (Bud), Helen Marguerite, Marjory and Jean.
He is survived by: his wife Nellie Harshbarger (Sizemore); his children, Cyndie Foster (Jeff) of Norris, James of Crossville and Jeffrey (Jenny) of Norris; and his grandchildren, Nicholas and Eddie Dean.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Dean's honor to: Norris Lions Club 75th Anniversary, Habitat for Humanity of Anderson County, or the Norris Area Food Bank.
