She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Clark and Sarah Ella Courtney; her brother James Lee Courtney; and her children, Angela Leinart Blackmon and Bill Leinart, Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Bill Leinart; her daughter Patrice (Mark Davis); her brother Clark Courtney (Carol); her grandchildren, Joseph Blackmon, Courtney (DeWayne Mosquinski), Will Leinart, Elizabeth (Jason MacGeorge) and Ben Leinart; her great grandchildren, David Mosquinski and Willa Mosquinski; and her niece Debbie Stooksbury (Sam Zachary).
