She was predeceased by: her former husband Rev. Lawrence Bean; her husband Bill Ferrell; her parents, Hiram Lowe and Nettie Lowe; her stepsons, Rev. Keith Bean and Rev. Kenny Bean; and her siblings, Vernon, Hobart, Virgil Lowe, Marie Cross and Maxine Lowe.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra, Leonard Scarbro of Clinton Larry and Lisa Bean of Rocky Top; her daughter-in-law Betty Bean of Rocky Top; her siblings, Ona Lowe of Pioneer, Pearl Seiber and Jerry Leab of Paducah, KY; her grandchildren, Robert, Ashley Scarbro, Kristen, Adam Irwin, Nicci, Cory Brewer, Jordan, Tabitha Scarbro, Cassandra, Lucas McKamey, Brianna Long, Joey and Destani Bean; and her great grandchildren, Ella, Waylon, Lily, Claire, Peyton, Caden, Zola, Will, Bryleigh and Vera A. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
