He is survived by: his significant other Beverly Chambers; his children, Lesli Hannah (Brent) and Jason Chambers (Ashley); his grandchildren, Parker, Grant Hannah, Holston and Cade Chambers; his siblings, Della Rains (Jackie), Charlotte Maples (Malcolm), Rosetta Dabney (Robbie), Helen Terry, Ella Kay Crowley, Lisa Tackett (Tim), Renee Bullock (Dwight), Janis Bullock (Chris), Ronnie Chambers, Charles Chambers (Susan) and James Crowley (Missy); and his siblings-in-law, Sandy Lyles (Steve), Gary Phillips (Janet) and Jerry Phillips (Lisa).
