He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Overbay and Cora Mounce Overbay; his wife Thelma Phillips Overbay; his son Anthony Overbay; his sister Shirley Richmond; and his daughter-in-law Donna Overbay.
He is survived by: his sons, Edward Overbay of Clinton, Tennessee and Kenneth Overbay of Clinton, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Natashia, Aaron and Anthony Overbay; his great grandchildren, Raylan of Ryley, A. J. and Sawyer Overbay; and his caregiver Darlene Daugherty. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
