We are sad to announce that on September 8, 2023, at the age of 86, Derita Miller Steele of Clinton, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernie Miller and Naoma Miller; her husband Charlie Steele; her sister Patty Carter; and her son-in-law Jeffery Bullock.
She is survived by: her sister Sarah Jane Adams (Bob); her daughters, Lisa Bullock and Amy Hamby-Scott (Don); her grandchildren, Zach Bullock, Lindsey Robinson (Kacy), Laken Scott and Donovan Scott; and her great grandchildren, Makyla, Jaxon and Hudson Lowe.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the South Knoxville Church of Christ, Hands and Feet Ministry, 4604 Chapman Hwy, Knoxville, TN 37920.
