He is survived by: his wife Mildred Ruth Dunsmore Richards; his daughter Debbie Hashbarger (Dennis) of Clinton; and his siblings, Kathleen (Russ), David (Sherry) and Allen (Jackie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
