He was predeceased by: his parents, Rollie Dean Hardwick and Doris Eileen Hardwick; and his sisters, Darlene Hardwick, Julie Connor and Arlene Farr.
He is survived by: his significant other Rynda N. Hardwick; his children, RyManda "Mandy" Hackworth (David), Jessica Hardwick, Laci Carroll (Daniel), Kari Bunch (Matt), Daniel, Parker, Blakelee and Chase Hardwick; his grandchildren, Caleb, Ashlyn, Leland, Lyric Phillips, Layne, Emerie Carroll, Paisley and Paityn Bunch; and his close friends, Troy Smith, Tony Goodman, Willie and David Gunter. He is also survived by many other special friends and family members.
