He was predeceased by: his father Carter O. Parks; his brother-in-law Michael Ray Bunch; and his grandparents, Cecil C. Parks, Arpie Sisson Parks of Laurel Grove, Al Chrismon and Clorine Isley Chrismon of Bath. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
