He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Dake and Nettie Dake; and his siblings, Rod and Sherry. He is survived by: his granddaughter Addie; his wife Angelina Dake; his children, Randy (Leann) and Christina; his nieces, Tehya Phillips and Shyanna Gooch; and his close friends, Raymond Whaley, Lawrence and Stacy Lunsford. He is also survived by siblings, grandchildren, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Second Baptist Church (777 Public Safety Ln, Clinton, TN 37716). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the same location.
