He was predeceased by: his mother Vivian King; and his brothers, Howard King and Gregory Thomas King. He is survived by: his father Carl King; his siblings, Nick King (Lena), Deborah Dietsch (Marty), Kathy Lee (Wayne), Carl Clifton King III, Paul King (Christine), Phillip King Sr. (Donna), Ruth Ann Burgess (Tom) and Patrick King (Holly); and his close friend Janet Hefner. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and a host of family and friends.
