He was predeceased by: his daughter Laurel Shea Parks; his parents, Arthur Parks and Charlene Parks (Miller); and his siblings, Bill Parks and Mable Leach.
He is survived by: his daughters, Brandee Snow (Adam) of Savannah, Georgia, Amanda Vaughn (Steven) of Clinton and Bri Ramsey (Robert) of Knoxville; and his siblings, Homer Parks (Anita) of Morristown, Jane Johnson (Wayne) of Knoxville and Carolyn Whitus of Michigan.
