It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles David Elkins of Clinton, Tennessee, born in Greeneville, Tennessee, who passed away on November 30, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walton Elkins and Frances Elkins; his daughter Krista Elkins; and his brother-in-law Benny Lay. He is survived by: his close friend JoAnn Weaver; his sister Dinah; his brother-in-law Randy Britt; his sister Brenda Lay; and his children, Charlie Elkins (Brandy), Walton Elkins (Jeana), Becky Woodford (Mark), Patty Ogle and Many.
