Carrol Elliott Copeland Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 20, 2023, at the age of 76, Carrol Elliott Copeland of Clinton, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her grandparents, Bennett B. Loy, Lucinda Newport Loy, Jake and Helen Crawford; her parents, Warren H. Long Sr. and Elsie Crawford Loy; her siblings, Linda Loy and Warren H Loy Jr. (Eddie Elliott Sr.); her daughter Channa R Elliott; her husband Homer Copeland; her sons, Eddie L Elliott Jr., Wesley Elliott (Robin) and John Edward Elliott (Christen); her grandchildren, Marley and Jaxxton Elliott; her siblings, Joann Davis, Steve Loy and Ken Loy; her nephew Rodney Loy (Beth Ann) of Michigan; and her great-nieces, Debra Copeland and Connie Harkleroad (Mary Sherwood). She was also cherished by 7 grandchildren, several great grandchildren.

Carrol was a strong woman who survived 38 cancer treatments, then contracted Covid, followed by double pneumonia and other health issues.
