She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Berney and Ethel Berney. She is survived by: her children, Greg Sewell of Michigan, Michelle (Chris Bowers) and Pam (Clayton Foust) of Andersonville, TN; her sister Mona (Scott Templie) of Andersonville, TN; her grandchildren, Mitzie (Keith Bowman), Mandy (Wiley Flanagan), Jeremy Sewell, Michael (Kelsie Houser), Malorie Houser and Maci Houser; and her great grandchildren, Alyssa Sewell, Kellen Bowman, Miranda Sewell, Lylah Bowman, Drew Long, Jace Flanagan, Maverick Houser and Myah Houser.
Carolyn was loving mother and grandmother, and a fighter who overcame cancer, covid, and pneumonia.
