She is survived by: her children, Jackie Fowler of Clinton, TN, Rusty Fowler of Oakdale, TN, Michelle Fowler of Clinton, TN and Maria Thomas of Knoxville, TN; and her brother Michael Thomas (Cheryl) of Brooksville, FL.. She is also survived by five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
