She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Foust and Grace Foust; and her sisters, Billie Sue Foust and Joyce Foust Cox. She is survived by: her husband James Quinton Webber, Jr. (Jim); her children, Regina Webber Loy (Steve) and James Quinton Webber, III (Angela); her grandchildren, Molly Elizabeth Webber Justice (Caleb) and James Quinton Webber, IV (Quinton); her great grandchildren, Luna and Wren Justice; and her brother Earl LeVon Foust of North Carolina.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 6:00 PM. A procession was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 10:15 AM at the Holley Gamble Funeral Home (621 S Charles G Seivers Blvd, Clinton, TN 37716). A burial was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Woodhaven Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations in Bobbie's name be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or to Boys Town, in Boys Town, NE.
