She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Roach and Juanita Roach; her brothers, Randy Roach and Arthur Lynn Roach; and her brother-in-law Richard Dixon.
She is survived by: her husband Delmer Wilshire of Clinton, TN; her daughters, Shawna Watson (Steve) of Clinton, TN and Marissa Kastelic (Drew) of Knoxville, TN; her siblings, Rodney Roach (Sheila) of Clinton, TN and Michelle Dixon of Clinton, TN; and her grandchildren, Scarlett Watson and Jacob Watson. She is also survived by other extended family, church family and friends.
