She is survived by: her mother Willa Rector of Lake City, TN; her husband Gene Toney of Clinton, TN; her sons, Gene Allen Toney II of Chattanooga, TN and Jeremy Toney of Arizona; her stepson Ian Toney of Indiana; her daughter Carissa Norton of Clinton, TN; her stepdaughter Tamera Toney of Indiana; her sisters, Donna Poarch (Michael) of Kentucky and Michelle Barnard (Jeff) of Clinton, TN; and her grandchildren, Isabella, Harper, Asher, Addison and Savanna. She is also survived by wife and she also loved her kids and grandkids.
