She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey Phillips; her children, William, Jennifer and Elizabeth; her grandchildren, Annabell Walden, Cory Russell, Isiah, Jeremiah Phillips James, Crews Sexton and Josiah Woods; and her siblings, Kay, Terry, Larry and Billy. She is also survived by other family members and good friends.
