She was predeceased by: her sisters, Evelyn "Ebb" Sallie Cawood Housley (J. D.), Jean Jacqulion "Jackie" Cawood Adams (Wilbur) and Pauline "Polly" Mayree Cawood Ball (Dennis). She is survived by: her husband Bill; her son William Brett Van Pelt (Lexie); her granddaughter Haley Elise Van Pelt of Knoxville, TN; her daughter Amy Cawood Van Pelt (Gina Ruffner); and her nieces and nephews, Kim Karen Housley Pate (Bill) and Elijah David Pate.
