She is survived by: her sons, Leroy B. Cook (Bobbie Reginia) and Mark Anthony Cook of Clinton, Tennessee; her brother James Edward Wilshire (Marlyn) of Indianna; and her great grandchildren, Zachary Amos Cook, Alex Eades and Jacan Nolan.
