She was predeceased by: her parents, William R. Cole and Jamaica Bell Cole (Adkins); her husband Wayne Foster; her siblings, Mildred Rusher, Bertha Seiber, Irene Butler and Owen Cole; and her sister-in-law Opal Cole.
She is survived by: her son Jeff.
