He is survived by: his children, Shawn and Cristine; his sisters, Pat Osborne, Sharon Trivette and Brenda Carpenter (John); and also Tyler. He is also survived by his wife of 49 years and the love of his life, several other brothers- and sisters-in-law; and a host of nephews, nieces.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations on Alan's behalf to either the Multiple Sclerosis Association of America or the Family Life Center at First Baptist Church.
