She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Dicus and Lota Pearl McDonald Dicus; her spouse Hollie "Babe" Holder; her granddaughter Hollie Templeton; and her siblings, Roy "Boose" Dicus, Terry Lee Dicus, James "Grover" Dicus, George Edward Dicus, Virginia Sue Franks, Jimmie Nell Davis and Penny Lou Dicus.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Templeton, Kenneth Templeton, Willard Templeton, Stacy Templeton, Norman, Holder and Regina Beaty (Bob); her siblings, Valerie Battles, Diane Prater, Roberta Brown, Mary Pevehouse and Jerry "Perchy" Dicus; her grandchildren, Adam Templeton, Austin Templeton, Kyla Risner, Kristen Templeton, Brook Templeton, Macy Warren, Ashely Franks, Tara Walford, Gavin Templeton, Stephanie Bender and Sarah Isaacs; and her great grandchildren, Jax, Ava Kate, Aubrey, Keegan, Cassidy, Raylyn, Blair, Ella, Whit, Madison, Little Rickey, Hollie Beth, Carson, Henry and Lexie.
