He was predeceased by: his parents, Bently Herman and Nannie Holder Stricklin; and his sisters, Bonnie Lois Garner and Frances Conway. He is survived by: his wife Betty Stricklin of Clifton, Tennessee; his daughters, Angela Gammill and Melonie Pickett; his sisters, Betty Lou Harrison and Kathleen Godwin; his grandchildren, Jamie Gammill, Justin Pickett, Jenna Gammill, Jordan Gammill and Jessica Packwood; and his great grandchildren, Addalynn Gammill, Canon Pickett, Isaac Gammill and Oliver Pickett.
