She was predeceased by: her parents, Angel Rafael Cortes and Generosa Mora; and her brother Angel R Cortes Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Michael Cosme, Roberto Avilés and Rafen Avilés; her grandchildren, Selena, Michael Cosme and Emma Sophia Aviles; and her siblings, Egna, Leron Artis, Nelson, Irma Rosa Cortes and Casta A Martinez Angel Javier. She is also survived by uncles, aunts and cousins as well as many friends.
