He is survived by: his wife Susan Foster Oliver; his sisters, Delores Beck (Terry) and Ruth DeVaughn; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Oliver Gates, Linda Foster and Ron Howard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
