She was predeceased by: her parents, Louise L. Gilliland Carlock and Clifford Carlock; her husband Randall Wayne Vaughn; her son Randy Vaughn; and her granddaughter Taylor Vaughn.
She is survived by: her son Andrew "Andy" Vaughn; her grandchildren, Casey Vaughn of Cleveland, Logan Vaughn of Cleveland and Cody Vaughn of Cleveland; and her siblings, Donna Evans (Dale) and Bobby Carlock (Belinda). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
