He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Earl and Ruth Clendenin Williams; and his siblings, Martha Pauline Wing, Ellen Eugene Reed, Margie Helen Carter, Virginia Lee Ross, Phyllis Ellen Safreed, Nancy Carol Van Dyke, Sandra Jo Westphall and Robert Mike Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie Williams; his son Mark Lanier Williams (Sandra Kay); his grandsons, Austin Mark Williams and Ryan Lanier Williams; and his sister Ramona June Beaver.
