He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Clarence, Pauline Kelly of Saltville, VA, Wayne and Agnes Moore of Calhoun, TN; and his father Gerald Wayne Kelly of Cleveland.
He is survived by: his mother Joyce Louise Moore Kelly; his brother Shawn Kelly (Britany Cobb Kelly); his children, Amber, Autumn, Christian (Sarai), Will and Wes; his grandchildren, Elias and Stella; and his goddaughter Mary Elizabeth Hicks. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
