She was predeceased by: her husband Donnie Summars Sr.; her parents, Herman Blankenship and Clara Blankenship Summars; and her sister Barbara Lou Thomas. She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Bailey, Donnie Summars Jr. (Ginger) and Tim Summars (Sharon); her grandchildren, Colton Clark (Hillery), Logan Lineberry, Sasha Anderson (Jon), Chelsie Summars, Tristan Summars, Kayla Lambert (Peyton) and Shaina Retzloff; her great grandchildren, Madelyn Land, Emma Land, Kaylee Clark, Lily Clark, Cas Anderson and Wade Lambert; her siblings, Joe Blankenship (Donna) and Rhonda Bacon (Oran) of Camden Michigan; her son-in-law Brian Clark; and her caregiver Evie Helton.
