She is survived by: her children, Deborah Swafford (Dan), Mike Smith (Debbie), Joe Smith (Lesa) and Brian Smith (Paula); her sister Anna Belle Collins; her grandchildren, Chad Smith, Stacy Smith, Dustin Deal, Summer Harbison (Logan), Clay Keller (Haven), Kyle Smith, Henley Headrick (Leah), Autumn Deal, Ashlynn Deal, Easton Deal, Saylor Harbison, Smith Harbison, Neil Cannon and Toby Smith; and her nieces and nephews, Jamie Davis (Otis) and Mark Goodner (Pam).
