He is survived by: his sister Paulette Henderson; his wife Teresa King; his children, David and Leah Mussared (Chris); his grandchildren, Shanna Nichols (Taylor), Chelsey Goodwin, Justin Graham, Emily Graham, Tyler Mussared, David Lee Fields Jr., Dausen Anthony Pomaika'maikalani Fields, Chanesty Ann Anelamaliemaikalani Fields, Bradley Goodwin (Janey), Naaman Goodwin (Alexus) and Briana Goodwin; his great grandchildren, Kairi Hale, Kiara Hale, Ezra Nichols, Marlie Goodwin, Baylee Goodwin, Zoey Goodwin, Charlie Goodwin and Jahvon Kidd; and his nieces, Anita Christian (Tim) and Angela Jones.
