He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Dickens and Ethel Rogers Dickens; his siblings, Daroam Dickens, Richard Dickens, Sally Blackburn, Daisy Dickens and Mary Ann Dickens; and his brother-in-law Red James.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 17th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Poole Funeral Home (3010 N Ocoee St, Cleveland, TN 37312). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Blue Ridge Temple Baptist Church (1011 Swan Rd, Old Fort, TN 37362). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 from 1:15 PM to 2:15 PM at the Dill Cemetery.
