She was predeceased by: her husband Norman Earl Budge Sr.; her parents, Prince Shedd and Stella Shedd Grant; and her siblings, Alice Joy Coombs, Walter Shedd and Clifford Shedd.
She is survived by: her children, Norman Earl Budge Jr. (Dottie) and Barbara "Babs" Patterson (Keith); her grandsons, Aaron Patterson, Jonathan Patterson (Kaylee) and James Patterson (Cheyenne); her sister Emma Mae Lambert (Larry Murdock); her sister-in-law Maria Shedd; and her close friend Annette Osgood.
