She was predeceased by: her parents, Dutch Wells and Hazel Wells; and her sister Glenda Wells Boles. She is survived by: her daughter Carolyn; her son-in-law Jody Carter; her son Adam Cagley; her grandchildren, Kelli Byard (Grayson), Cassi Hackleman (Lucas), Faith Carter and Precious; her great grandchild Archer Byard; and her nephews, Wayne Boles and Perry Boles.
Shirley was an active donor to St. Jude's Children Hospital and we ask that donations be made in her honor in lieu of flowers.
